PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intervention support apparatus for health care capable of selecting an optimum intervention program by simply and easily determining an optimum intervention degree of a target person in health care on the basis of basic attributes of the target person, physical information, health/psychological information, gene study information, or the like; and to provide an intervention support system and an intervention support method, and an intervention support program for health care and a computer readable recording medium with the program recorded therein.

SOLUTION: The intervention support apparatus for health care is provided with: a target person information inputting means for inputting target person information; an intervention degree determining means for determining the intervention degree of the target person in health care on the basis of the target person information input by the target person information inputting means; an intervention program selecting means for selecting an intervention program on the basis of the intervention degree determined by the intervention degree determining means; and an intervention program outputting means for outputting the intervention program selected by the intervention program selecting means.
