<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scintillator plate of excellent moisture-proofness capable of preventing unevenness in brightness and sharpness. <P>SOLUTION: This scintillator plate has a scintillator layer comprising a vapor deposition columnar crystal containing cesium iodide and an activator, on a substrate, an in-plane concentration distribution of the activator is within±20% in the scintillator layer, and a growth-directional concentration distribution of the vapor deposition columnar crystal is within±40% therein. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
