A cowl cross bar mounting structure of a cockpit module using a single tool is provided to mount a cowl cross bar on the vehicle body panel without clearance. A cowl cross bar mounting structure(1) of a cockpit module comprises a bolt member(10) having two different diameter parts, an adjusting nut(30) with inner and outer thread inside a vehicle body panel, a stud nut(50) fixed to the inner side of the vehicle body panel, and a fixing nut(70) fixed to a bracket of a cowl cross bar. The inner thread of the adjusting nut engages with the large diameter part of the bolt member, while the outer thread engages with the inner thread of the stud nut. The inner thread of the fixing nut engages with the small diameter part of the bolt member.
