PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program, an image file management device, and the like for smoothly performing processing such as the erasure of a plurality of mutually relevant files. SOLUTION: An address tag 121 showing the storage place of an original image file 100 and an erasure tag 122 showing information related with the erasure of an original image file 100 corresponding to a short-cut image file 101 are stored in the data region of an "APP1" 113. When the erasure tag 122 shows "yes", the erasures of the short cut image file 101 is followed by the erasures of an original image file 100 corresponding to it. That is, when the erasure tag 122 affirms the erasures of the original image file 100, the original image file 100 is erased. On the other hand, when the erasure tag 122 shows "no", the erasure of the short cut image file 101 is not followed by the erasure of the original image fie 100 corresponding to it.
