PURPOSE: A method for preventing harmful organism is provided to enhance prevention efficiency and to minimize soil contamination due to use of an herbicide, a disinfectant, or an insecticide. CONSTITUTION: A method for preventing harmful organism comprises a step of laminating artificial soil formed by mixing mineral and waste charcoal, containing a drug for preventing harmful organism and a spreader for continuous release of the drug, in natural soil(S20). The mineral contains kaolin, clay, loess, and a mixture thereof. The lamination step comprises: a step of allowing the artificial soil to contain the drug and the spreader; and a step of laminating the artificial into the natural soil.
