PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high-quality molding by rectifying the flow of a kneaded resin and then injection filling the resin into a cavity of a mold.SOLUTION: In an injection molding machine 1 which includes a heating cylinder 10, a screw 12 rotatably provided in the heating cylinder 10, and an injection nozzle 11 fitted to a tip of the heating cylinder 10, and kneads a resin supplied into the heating cylinder 10 by rotation of the screw 12 and then injects the kneaded resin into a cavity of a closed mold, a rectification chip 23 formed with a resin passage 22a is provided in a passage 22 formed in the injection nozzle 11, a flow dividing plate 24 which divides the flow of the resin supplied from the heating cylinder 10 is provided on the upstream side U of the resin passage 22a, and a rectification plate 25 which, after the resin passes through a midstream part M combining the resin flows divided by the flow dividing plate 24 into one resin flow to mix it, rectifies the resin flow mixed by the midstream part M into a flow in an injection direction facing the cavity of the mold is provided on the downstream side of the midstream part M. |
