GEAR DRIVING TYPE FORMING DEVICE FOR WASTE SOLIDIFICATION

PURPOSE: A gear-driving waste solidification molder is provided to improve instrument durability by stably supporting a main fixed axis connected to an idle roller, and to reduce the entire size of the molder by shortening the length of the main fixed axis. CONSTITUTION: A gear-driving waste solidification molder(100) comprises a ring-shape extrusion mold(10), a compressing unit(20), a waste feeder(30), a rotary plate(40), and a driver. Multiple extruders are radially aligned to penetrate into the extrusion mold. The compressing unit comprises a pair of idle rollers arranged inside the ring-shape extrusion mold. The rotation of each idle roller is induced by the rotation of the ring-shape extrusion mold. The idle rollers rotate while the outer circumference of one side of each roller is closely adhered to the inner periphery of the ring-shape extrusion mold. A waste feeder is arranged in front of the ring-shape extrusion mold to inject waste into the mold. The rotary plate is combined to the ring-shape extrusion mold in the rear part, and rotates with the ring-shape extrusion mold together. The driver is connected to the rotary plate in the rear part, and induces the rotation of the rotary plate.
