PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formation method of a die-cut piece which is high in a degree of freedom of design, and excellent in shape accuracy, a laminate using the die-cut piece which is formed by the method, and a manufacturing method of a laminated iron core.SOLUTION: In a method for forming a die-cut piece 14 which has a product region 11 having a penetration hole 10, and at least one caulked connection region 12 which is arranged inside the penetration hole 10, and in which the caulked connection region 12 is fit into a fitting part 13 of the product region 11, and temporarily connected thereto, the method has: a process for forming a die-cut hole 16 at a material to be die-cut; a process for temporarily connecting the caulked connection region 12 and the material to be die-cut by arranging an abutment part 18 contacting with a tip side of a salient part 17 in the die-cut hole 16 in the die-cut hole 16, performing separation along a contour of the fitting part 13, and pushing the caulked connection region 12 back to a clearance between the fitting part 13 and the abutment part 18 after die-cutting the caulked connection region 12; and a process for contour-punching the product region 11 from the material to be die-cut which is temporarily connected to the caulked connection region 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
