PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of setting the sound volume of a performance sound to be outputted from a sound output part, to a desired sound volume.SOLUTION: A game machine of the present invention comprises: sound volume value setting means for setting a sound volume value of a performance sound to be outputted from a sound output part, on the basis of an operation of a predetermined operation part, to a predetermined sound volume value; decision means for deciding whether or not a situation to perform a predetermined notification has occurred during an operation of the game machine; and notification means for outputting a predetermined notification sound from the sound output part on the basis of the decision that the situation to perform the predetermined notification has occurred.
