<p>The present invention is a closing device (1; 71; 91; 101) for a container (50; 51), comprising: a main body (2; 72; 92) suited to be connected to the container (50; 51) and comprising an opening (4) for the passage of a product flowing out of the container (50; 51); a cover (12; 82) comprising closing means (23) of the opening (4) and suited to be arranged in a closed position with respect to the main body (2; 72; 92), in which the closing means (23) intercept the opening (4), and suited to be arranged in an open position, in which the closing means (23) do not intercept the opening (4).
