An electric toothbrush comprising a head body (1) and tufts of bristles (2). The bristles (2) are fixedly mounted on the head body (1). The head body (1) is also provided with at least one vibrating body (3) for use in moving with the head body (1). The vibrating body (3) is provided among the bristles (2). The height at which the vibrating body (3) protrudes is lower than the height of the bristles (2). Also disclosed is an electric toothbrush comprising the electric toothbrush head. When the bristles (2) are pressed against the teeth, the vibrating body (3) is still capable of vibrating with the head body (1), and the outer wall of the vibrating body (3) allows a liquid in the bristles (2) to flow rapidly while vibrating. |
