The invention relates to tubular heat exchangers and can be used in heat-power engineering, petrochemistry, metallurgy and other industries. The technical result is intensified heat exchange, higher efficiency, larger heat-exchange area, smaller size and mass of a heat exchanger due to reduced distance between rows of parallel cooling tubes, and considerable increasing of their number, as well as better reliability and longer service life of the heat exchanger, lower materials consumption, scaling, labour input, easier operating maintenance, and saving of production floorspace. This is attained by that in the cylindrical heat exchanger comprising a jacket with coolant inlet and outlet nozzles, and cooling tubes, the jacket is made of two hemispheric side walls matched with each other by ends, wherein the hemispheric side walls are connected by rows of the parallel cooling tubes, located with inclination angle 12 degrees minimum. The rows of the parallel cooling tubes of the cylindrical heat exchanger are installed fan-like with the possibility of coolant flows guiding and vortex generation in shell side of the heat exchanger. |
