PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cracking prevention method to be applied to openings of various locations and forms of a concrete structure, for preventing cracking.SOLUTION: In this method, four virtual surfaces are assumed around an opening C1 of a concrete structure C, the virtual surfaces having an almost square or almost parallel cross-shaped cross-section and surrounding the overall opening C1, using a post-tensioning-type tendon 2. Each of the virtual surfaces has the tendon 2 laid out along the surface and between an edge part of an intersection side and an edge part of the other intersection side, with a fixed-side anchoring section 21 and a tension-side anchoring section 22 of the tendon 2 facing opposite directions, on the surfaces that face each other. Pre-stress is introduced by pulling and holding the tension-side anchoring section 22 of the tendon 2 on each of the surfaces.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
