PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the erroneous erasure of a control program of an elevator monitoring device during a maintenance contract.SOLUTION: When a lapse time after the establishment of the last communication connection with a remote monitoring server during a contract period of a maintenance contract of an elevator is more than a first time threshold, it is determined that a first finish condition is satisfied (S401), when a lapse time after a worker has finally performed maintenance work to an elevator device is more than a second time threshold, it is determined that a second finish condition is satisfied (S402), and when both the first finish condition and the second finish condition are satisfied, a control program which is used in the maintenance work is erased (S404).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
