PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface processing device that can improve an efficiency in work, even when processing a complicated surface with protrusions, while suppressing occurrence of wastes and noise.SOLUTION: A surface processing device 1, which is arranged on a surface of a structure S with a protrusion P and irradiates laser light to a surface of the protrusion P to remove a coat formed on or an object adhered to the surface of the protrusion P, comprises: a housing 2 which is arranged on the surface of the structure S so as to surround the protrusion P; a laser irradiator 3 that irradiates laser light L; a scanner unit 4 that is arranged at a ceiling part 21 of the housing 2 and deflects the laser light L to be irradiated into the housing 2; a reflection mirror 5 which is arranged in the housing 2 and reflects the laser light L deflected by the scanner unit 4 toward the protrusion P; and a reflection mirror driving device 6 which rotation-moves the reflection mirror 5 along an outer periphery of the protrusion P.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
