The invention relates to a fusion protein comprising a first domain having at least one peroxidase or at least one catalytically-active fragment thereof, and a second domain having at least one peptide or polypeptide binding to an antibody, characterised in that the C-terminus of the first domain is fused to the N-terminus of the second domain.
