PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a blue coloring matter compound for particularly improving the color density, chromaticity and light fastness of recorded matters in the case of being used as a heat-sensitive transfer coloring matter by introducing a halogen atom onto a specified position of an anthraquinone skeleton of an anthraquinone compound represented by a specified formula. SOLUTION: An anthraquinone coloring matter compound represented by the formula is a heat-sensitive transfer recording coloring matter. In the formula, rings A and B represent rings having also a substituent, X and Y represent a hydrogen atom or halogen atom, and at least one of X and Y represents a halogen atom, R1 and R2 represent a substituted or non-substituted alkyl, a substituted or non-substituted cycloalkyl or a substituted or non-substituted aryl. In the case of using a heat-sensitive transfer recording coloring matter, the coloring matter is melted or dispersed into fine particles together with a binder to prepare an ink, which is applied and dried on a base to manufacture a transfer sheet. |
