PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clean fuel by using combined gas as for engine instead of gasoline, which gas is generated by bringing dimethyl and water into contact with catalyst heated by heat of exhaust gas. SOLUTION: This device comprises a dimethyl ether (DME) tank 1, a water tank 2, as reforming reactor 3, heat exchangers 4, 5 and a reformed gas tank 6. To the reactor 3 dimethyl ether is supplied from the tank 1, while eater from the tank to allow the reforming reaction of dimethyl ether. The heat exchanger 4 is connected to the reactor 3, and heating treatment is performed with heat obtained being heat exchanged with the exhaust gas of an engine 7. The gas reformed by the reactor 3 is once stored in the tank 6 and then to the engine therefrom. The exhaust gas heat exchanged at the heat exchanger 4 is further decreased in temperature at the heat exchanger 5 downstream thereof. |
