SOLUTION: This method for producing a seasoned and slightly roasted fish or meat comprises roasting the surface of a frozen fish or beef loin, putting the roasted fish or beef loin in a packing synthetic resin bag, further putting a seasoning liquid based on soy sauce in the packing bag, vacuum-packing the put materials and then freezing the packed materials. |
