METHOD FOR PRODUCING PEPTIDES

The inventive method for producing peptides by synthesising them from a solution containing aminoacids and (or) peptides consists in producing pH in a solution with the aid of inorganic acids in such a way that the pH value is optimal for transferring at least a part of the initial components in an ionic condition, carrying out a synthesis until peptides having a predetermined peptide sequence are produced and extracting the obtained sequence from the solution. In order to synthesise the peptides, electrodes made of biologically inert material are introduced into the solution and a reaction volume which is arranged between electrodes crossed by magnetic and electric fields is affected. A variable component of the magnetic field has frequency harmonics corresponding to natural cycloid frequencies of ions of the initial components. The intensity of the electric field does not exceed a depolarisation value of the electrodes. In order to provide optimum conditions for carrying out said method, the solution is heated. The obtained final products are free of contaminants and the time required for peptide production is considerably reduced. In order to obtain the higher peptide sequence, the synthesis operations are repeated using the peptide synthesised in the previous operation as an initial component.
