PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent element having a longer life. SOLUTION: This is an organic electroluminescent element that has an anode and cathode, and at least an organic light emitting layer sandwiched by these. The organic light emitting layer contains more than one sort of host materials, and hole-trap dopant and electron-trap dopant.
