PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a standing-substrate attaching structure wherein a standing substrate is so attached to a main substrate in the state of it being stood and disposed as to prevent it from falling front and rear, and the attaching strength of the standing substrate can be enhanced, and further, the number of the components of the structure is so reduced as to be able to simplify it, and moreover, the workability of attaching the standing substrate can be improved. SOLUTION: In the standing-substrate attaching structure, a connector 2 is so attached to the lower end of a standing substrate 1 as to insert a plurality of terminals 3 of the connector 2 into terminal inserting holes 5a of a main substrate 5 and as to solder the terminals 3 fixedly to the main substrate 5. Also, the lower ends of the left and right sides of the standing substrate 1 are so protruded downward as to insert protruding portions 1a, 1b into inserting holes 5b, 5c pierced in the main substrate 5. Further, two pairs of left and right holes 1c are so formed respectively in the two upside and downside places of the lower portions of both the left and right sides of the standing substrate 1 as to insert finger-form portions 4a of holding legs 4 into the holes 1c. Moreover, the lower ends of the holding legs 4 are inserted respectively into inserting holes 5d, 5e so pierced in the main substrate 5 as to stagger their positions somewhat left and right on the rear and front sides relative to the standing substrate 1. Furthermore, the standing substrate 1 is so held by the holding legs 4 positioned on its rear and front sides as to attach it to the main substrate 5 in the state of it being stood and disposed.
