PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cooling efficiency of a coil and to nicely increase the value of maximum current which flows through the coil with a simple and compact constitution. SOLUTION: The cooling structure for coil is equipped with: a reactor 22 having a first coil 30a and a second coil 30b which are wound around a core 28; and a casing 24 for reactor which receives the reactor 22. A cooling unit 44 with a passage 46 for making a cooling medium flow through the inside thereof is arranged in a space 42 formed between the first and second coils 30a, 30b and the casing 24 for reactor while having a substantially triangular section.
