PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grounding electrode plate constructed to improve directivity and focusing degree of a discharge current and reduce a potential distribution range of an embedded ground surface while reducing its materials and cost. SOLUTION: The triangular grounding electrode plate adopts a grounding wire connecting construction ranging in the direction from the upper peak to a lower bottom side portion of a triangular contour. It is acceptable that the grounding electrode plate has at least one approximately V-shaped acute-angle front end at the plane center in the direction of the bottom side portion of the triangular contour in the state of being protruded toward one side.
