<p>Provided are an information recording device by which recorded information can be smoothly reproduced even when recording layer switching is necessary between multilayer recording layers, and an information recording program for performing such information recording process. The information recording device (R) records recording information (Sr) in an optical disc (DK) having a plurality of recording layers (L0, L1). The information recording device is provided with a CPU (4), which detects the contents of the recording information (Sr) while the recording information (Sr) is being recorded in the recording layer (L0), and switches the recording layer (L0) wherein the recording information (Sr) is recorded to the recording layer (L1) and continues to record the recording information (Sr), based on the detected contents.</p> |
