<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterless lithographic printing plate original suitable for a high definition AM screen and an FM screen printing of 200 lines or more of the number of screen lines, having wide development latitude and superior in minute halftone dot reproduction. <P>SOLUTION: The waterless lithographic printing plate original for the high definition printing includes a at least a photosensitive layer or a heat-sensitive layer on a substrate and a silicone rubber layer, in this order.
