PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control transmitter and a transmitter/receiver using the same, used mainly for operations of various electronic apparatuses and a transmitter-receiver using the same for providing ease of operations without misoperations. SOLUTION: The remote control transmitters 11, 12, 13 are provided, which can provide ease of operations without misoperations, even when the remote control transmitters transmit remote control signals simultaneously or at a light time difference because the transmission sequence can be correctly decided, resulting from that a plurality of transmission codes V1-1 to V1-3 and V2-1 to V2-3 or the like, arranged in the remote control signals so as to have different periods from each other and code sequence data VE1-1 to VE1-3 or the like are provided to the transmission codes.
