PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display filter that improves the contrast ratio and luminance and having high electromagnetic wave radiation shielding effects, and to provide a display device including the same. SOLUTION: The display filter includes a filter base, a substrate 234 of a transparent resin material, as an external light shielding layer 230, formed on the entire surface of the filter base, and the external light shielding layer 230 including a wedge-shaped, black stripe-like light shielding pattern 236 made of a conductive substance and formed on the entire surface of the substrate 234 at fixed intervals separated from each other.
