<p>The invention provides a pump for pumping fluid. The pump comprises a first chamber for receiving a first fluid, and a second chamber for receiving a second fluid, the pressure of the first fluid being higher than the pressure of the second fluid. The pump further comprises pumping means operable, in use, to pump the second fluid out of the second chamber using the pressure of the first fluid in the first chamber, characterised in that the first and second chambers are not in fluid communication with other such that the first and second fluids do mix inside the pump.</p> |
