<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission capable of realizing multiple main shift stages through a simple and inexpensive structure. <P>SOLUTION: The transmission comprises an input shaft 210, a main clutch output shaft 291, a pair of forward and backward hydraulic clutch mechanisms 410 and 420, two sets of gear synchronizing first and second transmission mechanisms 250 and 280, and a pair of first and second hydraulic clutch mechanisms 240 and 270.
