PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To advantageously ensure radial positioning performance in assembling to a cylindrical vibration isolating device. SOLUTION: A stopper for the cylindrical vibration isolating device comprises a mountain-shaped first rubber part 44 fixed at a plurality of positions on the circumference of an annular surface 42 of a stopper fitting 34 axially spaced from an outer cylindrical member 16 of the cylindrical vibration isolating device 10 and second members 19 and 21 including mounting holes 17 and 20 for fixing the member; a second rubber part 46 fixed at a portion between the first rubber parts 44 adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction of the annular surface 42; and a third rubber part 48 fixed only radially inside the second rubber member 46 on the annular surface 42 for radially positioning the stopper fitting 34 by being brought into contact with the inner circumferential surface of the mounting holes 17 and 20 of the second members 19 and 21.
