PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure security of a data stream sent by an electronic terminal. SOLUTION: A method is achieved by a proxy server 115 which is integrated in a microcircuit card to be inserted into an electronic terminal and is functioned as a host, and involves recording a configuration of a proxy server in the configuration memory of a microcircuit card in which a single entity, namely, one fleet manager (excepting for a manager between terminals in a plurality of groups) is exclusively authorized to update a configuration memory in a set of terminals or in a group of terminals. A parameter forcing usage of the proxy server for a data stream of at least one protocol is recorded in a protocol configuration memory. Processing planned for the data stream by the configuration of the proxy server is applied for the data stream of the protocol parametrized to be submitted to the proxy server.
