<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receipt management system, a receipt management method, and a receipt management program for performing examination by using an electronic receipt by allowing a client terminal to download the electronic receipt efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: A control part 21 of an examination support server 20 acquires a download condition from the client terminal 10, extracts an object receipt from a receipt storage part 22 by using the download condition, and stores it temporarily in a memory for download. The control part 21 rearranges the electronic receipt stored temporarily in the memory for download by using sort control information. Then, the control part 21 acquires batch transmission number information recorded in a transmission control information storage part 26, and executes receipt transmission processing relative to each batch transmission number.
