The hole has a diameter of 50 mu m and a length of 1200 mu m and/or 200 mu m. The device represents a multi-corrugated plate, which has 96, 384 or 1536 corrugations and represents a micro-corrugated plate (4). The corrugated base of the multi-corrugated plate has thin glass capillaries as the hole.
