The pipe (10) has a casing (12) made of metal or polyamide, and comprising regions (14, 16). The electrical conductivity of the region (14) is greater than that of the region (16). The region (14) extends in a radial direction from an outer side of the casing until the pipe. The region (14) is arranged with respect to ends of the pipe such that a position of the region (14) permits electrical connection of the pipe to a connection point when the pipe is installed in a road vehicle. The position of the region (14) corresponds to a position of electrically conductive holders. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing a hollow pipe for operating fluids in a road vehicle.
