<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover for BMS electromagnetic wave protection, which protects BMS against electromagnetic waves generated by a current that is generated from a battery cell and prevents voltage sensing error of BMS. <P>SOLUTION: In a battery system including a battery consisting of a plurality of battery cells, a power relay assembly controlling charge/discharge of the battery, and a battery management system coupled with the battery cell via a voltage sensing wire and predicting the battery SOC, a case for housing and protecting the battery and the power relay assembly is further provided.
