PURPOSE: A dipole magnet apparatus equipped with a transformed yoke is provided, which can improve regularity of the magnetic field by changing magnetic permeability. CONSTITUTION: A pair of magnets(21) are arranged at an interval while facing the front of each other. The yoke(22) fixes the backside surface of magnets. A hole(23) is formed in the part in which the backside surface of magnet locates.
