PURPOSE: A development of gateway for sharing/controlling information between heterogeneous electronic is provided to obtaining/sharing information between heterogeneous electronic devices consisting of electronic system thereby being transmitted to XML oriented middleware. CONSTITUTION: A heterogeneous electronic device information is transmitted to device gateway through various forms of communications and stored in database. The information of the heterogeneous electronic devices is transmitted to XML oriented middleware. The transmitted data is converted to XML format and then displayed on the electronic device user interface using XML protocol. A user commands a control command about the electronic device through the electronic device user interface.
