<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a tissue body which has a thick film thickness, and facilitates an anastomosis operation when used as an alternative material for a vascular tissue, and to provide a base material for tissue body formation. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the tissue body includes putting the base material in the environment where a living tissue material exists, and forming the tissue body consisting of living body-derived tissue on a surface of the base material. In a process to form the tissue body on the substrate surface, an aqueous medium is supplied to the surface of the base material. A concrete configuration example of the base material includes an accommodation section 4 that accommodates the aqueous medium 3 internally, and a liquid flow path 5 that communicates the accommodation section 4 with the substrate surface so that the aqueous medium 3 is discharged from the substrate surface through the liquid flow path 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
