The present disclosure provides a touch display panel and a driving method therefor, and a touch display device. The touch display panel comprises an array substrate, a cell substrate disposed opposite to the array substrate, a touch driving electrode, a first touch sensing electrode and a second touch sensing electrode. The first touch sensing electrode is located on the cell substrate, the second touch sensing electrode is located on the array substrate, the touch driving electrode is located between the first touch sensing electrode and the second touch sensing electrode, and the touch driving electrode and the first touch sensing electrode and the touch driving electrode and the second touch sensing electrode respectively form mutual capacitors. The present disclosure can achieve the purpose of double-sided touch.
