The present invention provides a display device comprising: a thin film transistor on a substrate; a transparent buffer film disposed on the front surface of the substrate including the thin film transistor and having an opening part to expose a drain electrode of the thin film transistor; and a transparent conductive film being conductive on the surface of the transparent buffer film including the opening part and being in contact with the drain electrode electrically.
