Provided are a method and system which predict associated tasks, i.e., tasks successively executed by a user of an information terminal and recommend a task to be subsequently executed. The system according to the present invention comprises: a server which stores tasks, having been executed by users, in a user log database, and predicts associated tasks, to be successively executed, by using the user log database; and a client program which is installed on the information terminal, and transmits information about an executed task to the server. According to the present invention, tasks executed by users are stored in the user log database, and associated tasks to be successively executed are predicted by using the user log database, thereby effectively predicting the associated tasks. Furthermore, when a user requests execution of a single task, whether to execute a different task associated with the single task can be proposed after the single task is executed, thereby improving convenience of use. |
