The present invention addresses the problem of providing a compound which can be used as an active ingredient of an anti-cancer agent. The present invention also addresses the problem of providing a pyridinone compound which targets DOCK1 and can inhibit DOCK1 selectively or a salt of the compound for the purpose of providing an anti-cancer agent having little adverse side effects. The pyridinone compound according to the present invention is represented by formula (1) (wherein R1 and R2 may be the same as or different from each other and independently represent a C1-6 alkyl group; and R3 represents a group represented by formula (3) [wherein R5 represents a hydrogen atom or the like] or the like).
