The biodegradable lubricating oil composition according to the present invention contains 50 mass% or more of a synthetic ester base oil (A), 0.1-3 mass% of an amine antioxidant (B1), 0.1-3 mass% of a phenol antioxidant (B2), and 0.01-2 mass% of a sulfur-phosphorus extreme pressure agent (C), wherein the transmittance at 3005 ± 1 cm-1 as measured by infrared absorption analysis using liquid film of 0.1 mm is 50% or more. |
