Disclosed is a method for preparing a water-resistant and bacteria-proof powder puff. The powder puff is composed of a polyurethane sponge, a thin water-resistant resin film, a sponge and polyurethane glue which are adhered together. The preparation method comprises the following steps: the polyurethane sponge is adhered to a thin pet polyester film coated with the thin water-resistant resin film; then the thin pet film is peeled off; next, the third layer of the sponge and the forth layer of the polyurethane glue are adhered together; and then press forming same, i.e., to become the water-resistant and bacteria-proof powder puff. The water-resistant and bacteria-proof powder puff can prevent a cosmetic foundation from entering into the intermediate sponge layer, thereby reducing the breeding of bacteria, so as to provide a more safe cosmetic experience for a user, while reducing the usage amount of the cosmetic foundation, in order to extend the usage time of the cosmetic foundation. |
