PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate an operation of registering a device capable of switching an operation state.

SOLUTION: A remote controller capable of remotely controlling a plurality of peripheral devices includes: an operation state detection part 59 for detecting an operation state of each of the plurality of peripheral devices; an operation reception part 53 for receiving an operation based on an account; a mode switching part 55 for switching an operation mode; an association part 57 for associating device identification information of a device whose operation state is changed among the plurality of peripheral devices and an account of an operation subject of an operation of switching to a registration mode, while being switched to the registration mode; and an operation state switching part 61 for switching the operation state of an object device on condition that the operation subject of the operation of switching the operation state is the account associated with the object device when the operation of switching the operation state of the object device among the plurality of peripheral devices is received while being switched to a normal mode.
