PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device and a manufacturing method for an electrode with a separator, capable of improving the position accuracy of the electrode to the separator.SOLUTION: A manufacturing device 20 for an electrode with a separator comprises: a transporting roller 24 which transports separator members 13a and 13b in a transportation direction along a longitudinal direction; a first heater roller 22 which forms a first welding region W1 by mutually welding the separator members 13a and 13b along a short direction; and a supply unit 30 which abuts the positive electrode 11 on the first welding region W1 by moving the positive electrode 11 along the transportation direction at a faster speed than a transportation speed of the separator members 13a and 13b. The supply unit 30 moves the positive electrode 11 supported by a support part along the transportation direction while sliding it to a guide member 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
