PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a favorable method and user equipment for transmitting an ACK/NACK, and a favorable method and base station for receiving an ACK/NACK.SOLUTION: If ACK/NACK repetition and spatial orthogonal-resource transmit diversity (SORTD) caused by two antenna ports are configured in UE, the UE performs first ACK/NACK transmission using two PUCCH resources implicitly decided by an associated PDCCH through the two antenna ports; from the second transmission, the UE performs it using two PUCCH resources explicitly assigned respectively for the two antenna ports through the two antenna ports.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 47
