PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a flexible urethane foam, even in the case a remolding time is reduced, appearance defects such as cell roughening caused by insufficient liquid flow are not generated.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a flexible urethane foam by reacting an active hydrogen component (A) and organic isocyanate (B) in the presence of a foaming agent (C), a catalyst (D) and a foam regulation agent (E), satisfying the conditions of (1) to (6): the condition (1) that the cream time of free foaming is 6 s or lower; the condition (2) that the gel time of the free foaming is 12 s or lower; the condition (3) that the time (t1) reaching the height of 80% at the maximum in a rise height is 15 s or lower; the condition (4) that the rise height maximum arrival time (rise time: t2) is 24 s or lower; the condition (5) that the value of (t2)-(t1) is 6 s or lower; and the condition (6) that the settling rate of the obtained foam is 1% or higher and/or its permeability is 0.18 ft/min or higher.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
