PURPOSE: A cutting board assembly is provided to maintain cutting force of the cutting board by replacing an upper cutting blade and a lower cutting blade to each other. CONSTITUTION: A cutting board assembly comprises a movable triangle part(10), a cutting board part(20), a body(30), a handle part(50), a safety part(60), a storage part(70), a collecting part(80), and a frame(90). Magnets(M) are formed in both sides of the movable triangle part. The cutting board part provides a variable passage of which shape is changed by the position of the movable triangle part. The triangle part and the cutting board part are arranged on the top of the body. The handle part is detachably coupled to a second cutting blade(40b). The safety part is formed on the outer surface of a first cutting blade(40a) and the second cutting blade to be fixed on the body. The storage part is positioned at the bottom of the body and has an empty space. The frame is extended from the body to receive the collecting part. |
